NEGERI SEMBILAN - BANDAR SRI SENDAYAN

Bandar Sri Sendayan is a planned township located in the Rantau ward of Seremban District, Negeri Sembilan. It serves as a western suburb of the city of Seremban and borders the Port Dickson District.

One of my memorable experiences in Sri Sendayan was coordinating a health checkup program at Taman Sendayan Indah on August 29, 2015. This event was attended by 45 local residents.

17 JUNE 2024

On June 17, 2024 (10 Zulhijjah 1445H), I, along with my wife, sister, niece, and Cik Timah (my sister's sister-in-law), set off for Kampung Semin in Lubok China, Negeri Sembilan. We were going to attend a thanksgiving ceremony, a Tahlil, and celebrate the wedding of my nephew, Mohd Sufiyan, and his wife.

Before continuing our journey, we stopped at the Seri Sendayan Mosque to perform the Eid al-Adha prayer, as that day was also Eid al-Adha. The trip took approximately 1 hour and 29 minutes, covering a distance of 74.1 kilometers from Kuala Lumpur to Sendayan.

The Seri Sendayan Mosque, located in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, is one of the most beautiful mosques in Malaysia. It was inaugurated on September 20, 2019, and can accommodate up to 5,000 worshippers at a time. The mosque was endowed by the banking figure Tan Sri Abdul Rashid bin Hussain.

After the Eid al-Adha prayer at the Seri Sendayan Mosque, we continued our journey to Kampung Semin in Lubok China, Negeri Sembilan. We then visited the Kampung Semin Cemetery to pay our respects at the grave of our brother, the late Norajelan Bin Maamor, who passed away on April 24, 2024.
