SMK Seremban 2 is a secondary school in Central Park, Seremban 2. The Malaysian Heart Foundation has often conducted health screening programs at this school since 2013. This school has always cooperated well with us whenever we hold health programs.

The School Level Heart Disease Awareness Program in 2013 continued by conducting a health screening test at Sek. Men. Keb. Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. The program, which took place on 3 July 2013, was attended by 90 students and 10 school teachers. YJM was assisted by nurses from SALAM Specialist Hospital, Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Heart Disease Awareness Program at SMK Seremban 2 was held on June 16-17, 2015, with attendance of 216 students and teachers.

19 APRIL 2016

The Health Checkup program at this school was held on 19 April 2016. A total of 171 students and Setaf School of SMK Seremban 2 were present to undergo the Health Checkup test.

11 APRIL 2017

The program at SMK Seremban 2 for the year 2017 took place on 11 April 2017. A total of 131 students and 39 teachers and school staff underwent a health screening test which took place from 9 am to 2 pm. Also helping us were nurses from SALAM Senawang Specialist Hospital, Senawang, N. Sembilan.

The program at SMK Seremban 2 for the year 2018 took place on 10-11 April 2018. Also helping us were nurses from SALAM Senawang Specialist Hospital, Senawang, N. Sembilan.

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seremban 2 (SMK S2) is located in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan, next to Green Street Homes and about 7 kilometers from Seremban Town. It was completed in mid-December 2002 and fully operational on 6 January 2003.

Datin Maznah Bt Yusof was the first principal of this school, assisted by the first Senior Assistant Teacher 1, En. Jamil B. Mohd. Tahir, and replaced by Pn. Hjh. Sadariah Bt Md Jali in July 2003, as well as En. Abdul Wahid B. Abdul Ghani and En. Mad Pazir B. Md. Ahair as GPK Co-Curriculum and GPK Hal-Ehwal Murid.

TERMINAL 1 SHOPPING COMPLEX

26 -28 AUGUST 2016

The Seremban Heart Week 2016 program was held at the Terminal 1 Shopping Complex from 26 to 28 August 2016. During the program, a total of 188 people underwent health screening tests.

The last time I attended the same program at Terminal 1 was on 19-21 October 2012.

Throughout the program we stayed at the Carlton Star Hotel located on Jalan Dato' Sheikh Ahmad, Seremban, 800 m from Terminal 1 Shopping Complex.

On May 14, 2017, a program was held at the Sek.Keb. Lavender Heights in Taman Bandar Senawang. The event was attended by 89 residents from the surrounding Taman Lavender Heights area and was supported by nurses from SALAM Senawang Specialist Hospital.

PEJABAT DAERAH & TANAH SEREMBAN

On August 25, 2021, my two sisters, brother, and brother-in-law accompanied me to the Seremban Land and District Office, located in Seremban 2. The journey, which was 75 kilometers, took us 1 hour and 3 minutes. Our purpose for visiting the Land Office was to handle the sale and purchase of our late mother's inherited land in Bukit Palas, Lubok Cina, Melaka. Since the land was idle and none of us wanted to develop it, and there were interested buyers, we made a unanimous decision to sell the inherited land.

These are some of my memories in Seremban City from 2016 to 2021. I often visit Seremban because my brother lives in Seremban 2, and we regularly go to his house.
