Batu Caves is a mogote with a series of limestone caves in Gombak, Selangor. It is located about 13 km north of the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. The cave complex contains many Hindu temples, the most popular of which is shrine dedicated to Hindu God Murugan. It is the focal point of the Tamil festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia.

For two consecutive years, the Heart Foundation of Malaysia has held a Health Screening Program at Alloy MTD located in Batu Caves, Selangor, in 2016 and 2017.

The Health Screening Program at Alloy MTD Group in Batu Caves, Selangor for the year 2016 was attended by 120 staff.

MTD Capital Berhad was incorporated in 1993 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in 1998 before being take private in 2011. It is a leading Asian infrastructure conglomerate operating in the global market HQ in Kuala Lumpur.

Unexpectedly, here I met up with an old friend who had been with me on the Royal Malaysian Navy ship, KD Sri Negri Sembilan, back in 1987. Mr. Gagarin Mohd Zainal was the Navigation Officer at that time. I had met him before in 2003 in Hangzhou, China, during a prayer at a mosque in Hangzhou.

The Health Screening Program at Alloy MTD Group in Batu Caves, Selangor for the year 2017 was attended by 82 staff only.

The Batu Caves are definitely worth the visit when travelling to Kuala Lumpur. The rainbow of colours from the Hindu temple mixed with the backdrop of the limestone caves provides a spectacular site to be seen.

However, bear in mind that Batu Caves is a Hindu temple, although tourists are welcome to visit, it is ultimately a place for worship, their rules and beliefs must be respected.

Bangi is a small town situated south of Hulu Langat District, Selangor. Roughly situated between the towns of Kajang and Nilai at Negeri Sembilan, the town is surrounded by palm oil estates.

Bangi is served by the KTM Komuter services via the Bangi Komuter Station on the Batu Caves - PUlau Sebang LIne.

The Health Screening Program at Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Bangi on 2 March 2015 was only attended by 115 students and lecturers.

Our journey from Kuala Lumpur to Kolej Poly Tech MARA Bangi took 35 minutes with a distance of 36.4 km.

Ampang was one of the earliest areas in the Klang Valley to be opened for tin mining. The nama "Ampang" derives from the old spelling of the Malay word empangan (or Ampangan) meaning dam. A road was built to Ampang to Kuala Lumpur which is today Jalan Ampang.

Kolej PTPL Ampang now MSU College Ampang, located on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur City, was the first MSU College to be developed. In 1998, MSU College was the first private college in Malaysia to receive accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) for all five programmes offered at that time.

A Health Screening program was conducted at PTPL Ampang College on 5 August 2015 and was attended by only 80 students.
