JALAN RAJA LAUT
Jalan Raja Laut is a major in Kuala Lumpur, was named after the Penghulu (chief or governor) of Kuala Lumpur, Raja Laut (Not to be confused with a pirate known as "Raja Laut" or real name Tan Ah Meng who was active in Krian, Perak in 1959 or another criminal in Sabah also known as "Raja Laut" or real name Moloi Wuah in 1996.

Raja Laut was a member of the Selangor Royal family and a leader of the Malay Community in Kuala Lumpur. He is also a pioneer member of the Sanitary Board Kuala Lumpur. 

Jalan Raja Laut is parallel to Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, another one-way road albeit southward only.

IEM Staff Appreciation Dinner was held at Plaza Hotel at Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur, a great way to boost the Institution morale. It lets the Institution know the hard work they are doing. The success of the IEM events wouldn't be possible without the hard work and dedication of the IEM Secretariat Staff. They are more than an employee, they are valuable part of the Institution.

On 1 June 2012, the Awareness Team from the Malaysian Heart Foundation conducted a Health Screening program at the JKR Office, Architect Branch, Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur for Public Works Department staff. A total of 121 people attended the Health Screening Test which was conducted throughout the day.

Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) or Public Works Department is the Federal Government department under Ministry of Works Malaysia which is responsible for construction and maintenance of public infrastructure in West Malaysia and Labuan. 
In Sabah and Sarawak, a separate entity of Public Works Department exists under the 2 respective states government jurisdiction. 



Menara Tima (also known as Menara Tun Ismail Mohamed Ali) is a freehold office building located in Dang Wangi, KL City Centre. Other nearby neighbouring developments are Bangunan LPPKN, Maju Tower, Medan Mara, Menara Bumiputra-Commerce, Menara Centara, Menara Liberty, Menara Mara, Menara TH Perdana, Wisma Bumi Raya and Wisma Sime Darby.












This health program is also assisted by nurses from Pusrawi Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Jalan Raja Laut around the 70s was known as a dark alley where there were many bars and immoral and criminal activities that occurred here at night. Thank God, this area has been developed, and its surroundings have been cleaned and restored; until now, Jalan Raja Laut is rapidly developing.

JALAN TUN ISMAIL
Jalan Tun Ismail is a winding hill road in Kuala Lumpur. Originally called Maxwell Road named after Sir William Edward Maxwell, the British Resident of Selangor from 1889 to 1892. There are also Maxwell Road in Penang and Singapore.
Renamed Jalan Tun Ismail after the late Tun Dr. Ismail Abdul Rahmad, the Deputy Prime Minister under the administration of Tun Abdul Razak, he passed away on 2 August 1973.

Bagan Lalang is a coastal beach in Sepang District, Selangor. It is close to the border with Negeri Sembilan's Port Dickson District. Seri Kembangan, also known as Serdang, formerly known as Serdang New Village, is a town located in Petaling DistrictSelangor, Malaysia. It is located in between Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya

Seri Kembangan was established as the Serdang New Village in 1950 when the British moved Malaysian Chinese villagers living around Sungai Besi to a centralised location due to the Communist threat during the Malayan Emergency as part of the Briggs Plan.

This used to be the Mint Hotel, I stayed at the Mint Hotel in year 2000, not sure when the Mint Hotel closed its business.
I checked in Google Maps that Hotel Mint has already closed its operations, not sure what year.

The 45th Annual Dinner of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia was held at the Palace of The Golden Horses in Seri Kembangan, Selangor on 17 April 2004.
The Guest of Honour present at this Dinner was Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamed, then Prime Minister of Malaysia.
