Bintulu is a coastal town on the island of Borneo in the central region of Sarawak. Located 610 km northeast of Kuching, 216 km northeast of Sibu and 200 km northeast of Miri.

I have been to Bintulu in the 80s and 90s when I served onboard a Royal Malaysian Navy ship.

On 18-20 May 2012, I participated in the Heart Screening Program, which was jointly organized by Yayasan Jantung Malaysia and Sarawak Heart Foundation at the Park City Mall Shopping Complex in Bintulu, Sarawak.
Throughout the program my colleagues and I stayed at the Glory Inn Hotel which is located 270 meters from Park City Mall.

Bintulu Heart Week starts from May 18 to May 20 at Park City Mall, Bintulu Sarawak. A total of 593 people underwent the Health Screening test during our 3 days here.
