Jalan Bukit Bintang is a major road in Kuala Lumpur, a popular shopping strip providing access to the Bukit Bintang neighbourhood. Translates into English as "Star Hill", sometimes is referred to as "Bintang Walk" because the main street - Jalan Bukit Bintang has wide, tree-lines sidewalks and is one of the best strolls in the city.

The 43rd Annual Dinner of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia was held at the Istana Hotel on Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

The YJM 30th Anniversary Commemoration Dinner held on 27 February 2014 at the Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, was a significant milestone for Yayasan Jantung Malaysia (The Heart Foundation of Malaysia).

This gala event celebrated three decades of the foundation’s commitment to raising awareness about heart disease and promoting healthy lifestyles in Malaysia.

• Purpose: The dinner served as both a celebration of the foundation's 30-year history (founded in 1984) and a major fundraising effort to support their ongoing community programs.
• Achievements Recognized: The evening highlighted YJM's growth from a small group of concerned citizens in 1984 to a national NGO that spearheads initiatives like the "World Heart Day Walk-A-Mile" and various public health screenings.

About Yayasan Jantung Malaysia (YJM)

• Founded in 1984, YJM's mission is to combat cardiovascular disease, which remains the leading cause of death in Malaysia. Their work focus includes:
• Public Education: Teaching the "Heart Health" message: healthy eating, regular exercise, and being smoke-free.
• Research Grants: Funding local studies related to heart health and circulatory diseases.
• Community Support: Operating a "Halfway House" in Kuala Lumpur for the families of heart patients undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals.
