NEGERI SEMBILAN - PAROI

Paroi is a region in the Seremban District known for its housing estates and villages. It is home to several sports facilities, including the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium, which is the state stadium.

During my time in Paroi, I worked with the Malaysian Heart Foundation, where I participated in conducting health checkups at various locations throughout the area.

Also present was my cousin who lives in Taman Paroi Jaya.

The Tuanku Abdul Rahman a.k.a Stadium Paroi is a multi-purpose stadium in Paroi, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Inaugurated on 23 April 1992, the stadium initially held a capacity of 20,000 people.
In 2004, the capacity was upgraded to 45,000 people for the hosting of the 2004 Sukma Games.
The stadium is named in honor of Tuanku Abdul Rahman ibn Almarhum Tuanku Muhammad, the second Yang DiPertuan Agong of Malaysia.

WEDDING RECEPTION
PUSAT DAKWAH ISLAMIAH N.SEMBILAN
PAROI, SEREMBAN, N.S
20 JANUARY 2019
On January 20, 2019, my wife, mother-in-law, and I left Jalan Kelang Lama in Kuala Lumpur to travel to Paroi, Negeri Sembilan, for the wedding of my wife's relative. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Paroi takes approximately 1 hour and 31 minutes and covers a distance of 75 kilometers. The wedding ceremony took place at the Dewan Pusat Dakwah Islamiah N. Sembilan, located in Taman Desa Duranta, Negeri Sembilan.

I had the opportunity to meet Hj Azman Karim and his wife. We performed Hajj together in 2017.

My memories in Paroi are limited, mostly due to outside assignments I had while working there.
